Day 241:
Tonight we had mom over for dinner and I exposed her to the tofu-tastic side of life! FIRST we had delicious (if I do say so myself) fettuccine alfredo that had NO cream or butter because it was made with tofu...and don't make that face mom and Mark loved it! Then for dessert I made this chocolate pie...the catch? The filling isn't chocolate with cream...it's chocolate and tofu...and it's super tasty! If you don't believe just ask me to make it for you some time!
